Steel gauze 300 by 100.

I have been into town today, there was a what looks like a spike in the traffic system as a lot of old metal is exposed by recent construction projects, sheet metal is used by craftsmen to make art products, that can be pressed by certain hi-tech hydraulic presses. Materials are very hard and unfortunately some have ‘pointed edges’. The > zero principle, and magic is in the air, processing all the time, on the go, I tend to drop in on the workshop, once in a blue moon. Le Click muscling in on the turf, it’s a tough area to be sure, having rudimentary services is essential every workspace even needs a bit of a spring clean from time to time.

Road ways are useful for transporting people but are very vulnerable to roadblocks and ambuscades. Metal is often left there, the old roads were maybe clogged up with Gulf war carcasses. Cities that have builders yards and primitive smithy’s are a little more hard hit than usual, today. That is it’s good business to lease the spaces for requisition of important artifacts, such as sheet mesh. But one thing is for sure they should be kept off the kerb, as cars often cause a congestion problem when faced with a crowd of cyclists and bargain hunters, off cuts not a great idea spilling could be costly.

One way to improve is to have a off cut bin in the shop itself. As some times a lot of custom is taking place outside, and we need to make calls, get things sized up, and look for missing measurements then dive into the shop to make the purchase, where a lot of jobs are sized up. Most are to be found within the shop, for most applications, generally the standard sizes some parts, left out can be recycled. That is good business, for the shop and how I produced my first Tower on with help from the print room and library, these two amenities, incidentally, would compliment the blacksmiths perfectly. I got sundry other items from the art store and stationers small businesses can really make some dough from the trade as a whole. Very craft based, they won’t get the size right, and it won’t stick down on the block.
